Products to help your new investment

Our new MGO Panelling System provides a total solution for healthy, affordable, durable and energy efficient buildings. Our building envelope includes walls, roofs and floors that are integrated with simple mechanical systems for optimal thermal comfort and indoor air. Our buildings are absolutely weather-tight and mould resistant. Our specially formulated and reinforced sheathing board SIP panel allows incredibly fast manufacturing for reduced delivery time and easy site erection.

The factory-built components ensure quality control, less site construction and concurrent activities, ie site preparation while SIP panels are being built, resulting in fast, simple and quality erection. The modular and kit properties are trade-friendly, and allow for versatile design options.

Your investment and its occupants are protected because SIP panels are extremely durable, and fire and mould resistant. The building enclosure incorporates trouble-free installation of all components that resist water intrusion, air-leakage, rising dampness and condensation.

The flexibility of our building systems is ideal for many applications including residential, industrial shops and warehouses, Ready-To-Move buildings and trailers, hotels, factories, aircraft hangars and apartments. Virtually all building types can use some or all of our building system to achieve faster construction, energy efficiency and extended service life.

Experience the difference, and enjoy your investment everyday.

The Complete Building System - MGO Panels

  • Stops fire spread. Will not burn - standard 65 minute fire rating - two and four hour rating available.

  • Walls will stop fires from spreading from interior to exterior and exterior to interior.

  • Highly energy efficient

  • Solid construction results in fewer thermal breaks

  • Smaller HVAC equals lower utility costs

  • Mould and mildew resistant

  • Extremely low VOC emission (no offgassing)

  • Durable and structurally superior

  • Fast, simplified construction, less time to lockup

  • A green building technology - less waste on the jobsite

  • Can reduce or eliminate the need for concrete

  • Can be interior finished with mud and tape, drywall, or a textured finish

  • Can be easily exterior finished with batons, paint, stucco, or siding

  • Available in various thicknesses. Most commonly 6 5/8” or 8 1/4”

  • Faster than framing

  • Eliminates steel stud framing, insulating and vapour barrier

  • Strong fire protection and ability to prevent fire spread

  • Rust and corrosion resistant

  • Suitable for conventional or ‘walk-out’ basement applications

  • Walls have far superior thermal resistance vs concrete

  • No need for interior frost wall means a more spacious basement

  • Windows of all sizes can be installed

  • Electrical chases are 16” on center

  • Conventional weeping tile systems and peel & stick systems are utilized

  • No special back fill requirement - back fill after slab and main floor are installed

  • For extra comfort, install a panel floor as well

  • Back fill up to 8 feet is standard on 8 and 9 foot walls - higher back fills can be engineered

  • Highly advantageous for winter construction - less hoarding and heating & faster to lockup

  • Footings must be smooth and level

  • Walls fit directly over the pressure treated base plate

  • Conventional engineered main floor systems are used

  • Salt resistant

  • Use your interior walls, with a 230lb load capacity per screw

  • Easier mechanical installation

  • Flexible aesthetics help beat architectural constraints

  • Higher capital costs equal extremely reduced operating costs

  • Thermal mass inside your interior, equal reduced heat recovery when door open / close.
